Silence = Me Time

I’m sure I’ll encounter plenty more disappointments in my life, which actually means many more opportunities to turn those failures into successes.Stuck at the bottom of the sheets with a tub of ice cream again? Worlds collapsing ?

Alright. Take a breath. Take two. Come out from under those sheets. It’s not that bad as it may seem .. it’s not a big deal. It only seems like a big deal because my perspective is the same size as my problem,isn’t it ?

We live on an insignificant speck of a planet at the back end of the Milky Way galaxy. I am  only one of nine billion people on this planet,  just one of millions of species,think back ! Do you remember what you were stressing out about yesterday? how much longer will you remember today’s problem? A day, a month, a year? In all likelihood, you’ll probably just get a good night’s sleep and forget about it. Or, if you don’t forget about it, maybe you’ll at least get some sleep and find that it seems so much more manageable upon awaking. It usually works that way.

We can naturally handle quite a bit of stress, and it’s not to be overlooked that we have good and bad stress. Good stress keeps us functioning at a faster pace, and can push us to achieve goals we thought were impossible. Bad stress is the kind of stress that can make us burn out and hide under the covers.

Everyone has the ability to lose their sanity and sense security within themselves. After all, we’re all human, and we all face circumstances beyond our control. So if you’re wondering when being crazy is OK, don’t worry ! life is crazy, and there are times when we just lose it,or I just lose it x_x

When I am too Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired it’s time to slow down and take some time for myself,I called it “Me Time “.Take some time to reflect on your own tragedies of the past. It is highly likely that your misfortunes of yesterday lead to your fortunes of today.

Whenever I experience a disappointment, I remind myself that this is will make me stronger, more resilient, and perhaps lead me to something else much greater, treat every new misadventure as another critical step toward achieving your goals in life. After all, great things in life are far more appreciated when earned after overcoming life’s most difficult challenges.

I have learned that it’s important to always move forward and stay positive.

So,are you feeling crazy? It’s OK ! we have all been there :)
